This is in addition to USTA Membership.<\/li>\n<li>Team Match Fees: $33 per player per match<\/li>\n<li>Registration deadline: 1 March 2013<\/li>\n<li>All <a href=\"www.metrotennis.com\">fees must be paid<\/a> in full by 1 February 2013 (<span style=\"color: #888888;\">USTA League Tennis -&gt; XXXX League -&gt; Pay for matches<\/span>)<\/li>\n<li>Teams will pay a $150 per match fee for all District playoff matches before the match time. Failure to pay the fee before match time may result in the team\u2019s forfeiture.<\/li>\n<li>Divisions of 4-7 teams (each team plays every other team in their flight a minimum of two times during the regular season) will send the top two teams to playoffs.<\/li>\n<li>Tentative Playoff Dates: <span style=\"color: #888888;\">The playoff schedule is determined at the sole discretion of the league coordinator and may be altered.
