Bathing suit, cap, goggles, and the headphones<\/a>.<\/p>\n

My new goggles, Friendly $22<\/a>\u00a0for two, designed by the Swedes<\/a> but made in China. Each goggle has a hard shell plastic box and two extra bridges. They’re pretty good – I’m still using it in 2024<\/p>\n

Since Katie Ledecky signed up<\/a>\u00a0with TYR<\/a>\u00a0(The name TYR is a reference to the Norse god T\u00fdr<\/a>), I’ve been using its gear<\/a> – swimming suit and caps since. And it’s pretty good too.<\/p>\n

The following TYR bathing suits, from L: 2021, 2023, 2024<\/a>. I purchased them all on Amazon, and realized that each bathing suit’s seller is different, so is the product. The Blue\/yellow lasted more than two years; the green about 6 months … then ripped\u00a0<\/a> (retired it<\/a> on 2024.12.13<\/a>) – how terrible!! I’ll wait and see the solid blue which I purchased on 2024.2.20.<\/p>\n

After years of using TYR, I got a blue Speedo F Competitive (?) in Oct 2025: the higher polyester the longer the suit lasts. My light blue tyr suddenly decided to deteriorate overnight, and the color faded too.<\/p>\n
