And the one I would like to maintain.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tennis.ireneeng.com\/?p=44085\">my timing<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tennis.ireneeng.com\/?p=44418\">my<\/a>\u00a0first <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tennis.ireneeng.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/My-Movie-11.mov\">butterfly<\/a>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tennis.ireneeng.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/IMG_0168.jpg\">I signed up<\/a> at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tennis.ireneeng.com\/?p=1832\">Michael Tully pool<\/a> when the Whitney Pond closed last Friday, August 20 because the kids\/lifeguards are returning to school.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Michael Tully Park pool, NHP\" width=\"480\" height=\"270\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/NXJASpAN9ps?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The area to the left, used to be a diving pool. The water slide was added around <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tennis.ireneeng.com\/?p=1832\">2008 renovation<\/a>, which jacked up water temperature. The re-structure was more for the politicians gaining vote than practical, imho: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tennis.ireneeng.com\/?p=44404\">bugs are seen everywhere<\/a>; water temperature <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tennis.ireneeng.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/IMG_1557-scaled.jpg\">are pre-set<\/a>, unchangeable, they&#8217;re either too hot or too cold. Unbelievable! What happened to the adjustable shower faucets?\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tennis.ireneeng.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/IMG_5259-scaled.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-44161 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tennis.ireneeng.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/IMG_5259-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a>People taking their swimming pretty serious: the bags lining up in the morning, to beat the opening which is at 9am.<\/p>\n<p>On Monday, as I was doing my laps in free style, an old Asian man cut right in front of me to get out. I thought that&#8217;s pretty rude. He has all the time to leave while I was away but he chose not to. I had stopped abrupt to avoid collusion. He said, &#8220;I&#8217;m \u00a0sorry&#8221; a couple of times.<\/p>\n<p>Shouldn&#8217;t the lifeguard blow his whistle to warn the swimmers? The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tennis.ireneeng.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/IMG_0034-scaled.jpg\">gym is still there<\/a>, so is the sauna and steam room.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tennis.ireneeng.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/IMG_0029-scaled.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-thumbnail wp-image-44157\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tennis.ireneeng.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/IMG_0029-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tennis.ireneeng.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/IMG_0036-scaled.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-thumbnail wp-image-44159\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tennis.ireneeng.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/IMG_0036-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tennis.ireneeng.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/IMG_0034-scaled.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-thumbnail wp-image-44162\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tennis.ireneeng.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/IMG_0034-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>On Wednesday another Asian man got into the pool without letting me know, as again, I was doing free laps. After seeing him, I stopped, to say, I take one side and he should take the other side. When I was done, I told him, next time, please make sure I know you&#8217;re coming in, to avoid any collusion.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;No English.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>I called the lifeguard and the manager came to explain &#8230; got his granddaughter to translate&#8230; He felt the lane was only one swimmer but that was NOT the issue. Gosh, people have their own thought and don&#8217;t listen or refuse to listen. How can we communicate and solve problem?<\/p>\n<p>Today a guy got in and said, &#8220;my board was there &#8230;&#8221; when it was NOT: when I got in, the pool was empty. He was nowhere to be seen.
