My kid asked if it’s time to get me a new pair of airpods, for Mother’s Day.<\/p>\n

Yes my AirPods has stopped working but I said no. One, because I purchased a wireless headphone<\/a> ($17.76 on 2023.5.15) with wire that holds two EarPods together. With AirPods, I worried to drop it and in fact, I did a few times as I was walking on the street. Two, I need a new swimming tracker – my Xiaomi<\/a> had kaput, in less than a year.<\/p>\n

So, FitBit Inspire 3<\/a> it is.<\/p>\n

It looks and functions like Xiaomi<\/a>. For charger, Xiaomi’s is much smaller and neater than the larger Fitbit’s. Of course I don’t know anything other than the look of the two chargers.<\/p>\n

… but unfortunately, it’s bit too small for read and record.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>So, I switch to Versa2<\/a>. All is good and happy.<\/p>\n

So, until mid April 2024. One day the Versa2 just dropped dead.<\/p>\n

As Mother’s Day approaching, I thought, wait a second. This thing is not even a year old and is dead. So I went on FB, contacted Fitbit.<\/p>\n

Long story short, they asked to see the receipt and replaced it. I received the replacement on April 24th, 2024. By now, FitBit is selling Versa4 at $200<\/a>.<\/p>\n

As I’m taking the Red Cross June challenge 2024<\/a>, I \u00a0realize that this isn’t the most realizable watch: it often just stops.<\/p>\n

Wednesday, 2025.2.26<\/em><\/span>: I contacted them again, because the replacement stopped working. Actually it has been acting up for a week: when I tap on swim mode, it won’t go, like, just freeze.<\/p>\n

Dealing with Fitbit on FB Messenger is convenient but at the same time, it could be VERY redundant. It always takes them long to reply, so I’ll have to repeat myself again. Wondering don’t they or could they just go back a couple of messages to learn what had been said?<\/p>\n

After a few back and forth, they send me g.co\/verify to verify … hmmm to verify about what? Remember, I’ve contacted them before and they sent me a replacement – IF only they go up\/back a little, they’d learn about this.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>I can’t remember the pw, so I clicked “Forgot…” The funny thing is, the site showed me this message:<\/p>\n

Enter the last password you remember<\/a> using with this Google Account<\/em><\/p>\n

Hmmm… if I remember, would I click Forget<\/em>? Could it mean any passwords that I used in the past for this account? The chance is, nearly zero: I don’t remember. And I don’t know which Google Account<\/em> Fitbit means and why does it have anything to do with Fitbit?<\/p>\n

Finally, after a few days, they offered 35% off for my next purchase because the warranty ran out after a year:<\/p>\n
