With so many colors (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.amaco.com\/t\/glazes-and-underglazes\/high-fire\/potters-choice\">Amaco<\/a>), the fun part begins.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s the week 5 of our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tennis.ireneeng.com\/?p=45638\">six weeks session<\/a>. The teacher suggests the app <em>Clay Lab<\/em> to keep truck of our pieces.<\/p>\n<p>Glazing in pottery, I feel is a part of science and part of art: two shades mixing up will turn into totally different colors, when you apply differently &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tennis.ireneeng.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/IMG_5819.jpg\">like this one<\/a>: the top is obsidian under white, and the bottom under grey. The result is so drastic.<\/p>\n<p>&#8230; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tennis.ireneeng.com\/?p=45884\">Sax&#8217;s color is truer<\/a><\/p>\n<p>I glazed three pieces: my flower and mini sauce dish. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tennis.ireneeng.com\/?p=45638\">My turtle is missing a leg<\/a> and pumpkin was broken into pieces.
